Rental Information

Our historic clubhouse is a 1913 church that was moved to our property in 1977 and has undergone a modern renovation. Our grounds are maintained by our volunteer members and are always blooming with seasonal color. We are the perfect venue for smaller events and look forward to hosting your wedding, corporate party, or social affair.

We allow you to work with your caterer, decorator, photographer, or musician of choice but can make suggestions if you need help in finding a service provider who is familiar with our facility.

Rental of the Dade City Garden Club includes building, gardens, tables, and chairs. Our building comfortably holds 100 people.

The grounds include three acres of botanical gardens with a “Celebration Patio” at center stage. The patio features an arbor and can host a ceremony comfortably seating 50 to 75 people. The adjacent paved driveway can also be used to accommodate additional guests.

Rental Fees

  • Monday thru Thursday:  $390 full day/$200 half day
  • Half day rentals are available Monday through Thursday only. They may be from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm.
  • Friday:      $600
  • Saturday:  $775
  • Sunday:   $650

Special Rates for Multi-days or Garden Only

  • Two-Day Wedding Weekend:  $1,100.  Choice of either Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday
  • Garden only events will be available at regular rental fees 
  • Pre-planned Celebration of Life events are subject to normal booking and payment policies
  • Last-minute bereavement usage is available Monday through Thursday only for $50 an hour for 2 hours maximum.

Deposit

An additional $400 deposit saves your date and will be returned to you within 10 to 21 days after your event based on no damage to the facility. 

The Dade City Garden Club is the perfect venue for smaller events and is ready to be the venue for your next party. Our Rental Coordinator would love to give you a personal tour. 

Event Insurance is Required

Mandatory per our insurance requirements.

Payment Policy

  • Bookings 4 months or more prior to the event will require deposit and booking fee at time of booking. Entire Rental fee and taxes are due within 90 days of the event.
  • Bookings 3 months prior will require deposit and booking fee at time of booking and Entire Rental fee and taxes is due within 60 days of the event.
  • Bookings 2 months prior will require deposit and booking fee at time of booking and Entire Rental fee and taxes is due 14 days after booking.
  • Bookings less than 59 days prior will require payment of all fees and taxes at time of booking.
  • Late fee is $25 for each 30 days of late pay and will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation prior to six months before your date will allow 100% refund of deposit, forfeiture of booking fee of $25.00.
  • Cancellation from 3-6 months will allow a 50% refund of deposit, forfeiture of booking fee of $25.00.
  • Cancellation from 60 to 90 days will forfeit the deposit, booking fee and 50% of the rental fee.
  • Cancellation of anything less than 60 days notice will forfeit any monies paid.
